Karen A. Dones is a dynamic and dedicated leader who has now been preaching for 42 years. She serves as the fourth Pastor of Greater Smith Temple Church, which is celebrating 86 years of impactful ministry. In addition to her pastoral role, she is an itinerant international speaker and the CEO of ReLife Initiatives Corp, a nonprofit organization focused on addressing critical community needs.

With a heart for mentorship and life strategies, Pastor Karen empowers individuals to overcome obstacles and realize their full potential. A natural galvanizer, she unites people to take bold, transformative action in their lives and communities.

Her global reach includes international mission work, particularly in Ghana, West Africa. She also serves as Director of Operations for Black Women Empowered Network, where she serves on the Board of Directors and hosts a weekly broadcast reaching over 2 million followers.
